YWICC hires foreign teachers to diversify and enrich its international educational resources and services.The number of foreign teachers has increased from 6 in 2016 to 10 in 2026. Foreign teachers who come from New Zealand, Italy, Spain, Egypt, Venezuela, Kazakhstan, and other countries, teach not only foreign language courses like English, Spanish, etc, but also professional courses like international marketing, etiquette and customs in international business in schools related to international commerce, management and creativity. They also participate in program construction activities. One of duties of the YWICC foreign teachers is to deliver regular lectures on such topics as foreign language learning, humanities and history, and cross-cultural exchanges to teachers, students and community members.

From 2018 to 2026, the college held more than eighty foreign lectures, attracting more than 6000 listeners on and off campus, which has strengthened the international cultural atmosphere, enriched the multicultural campus, promoted cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, thus making a positive contribution to publicity of the college, dissemination of Chinese culture and enhancement of Sino-foreign friendship. YWICC’s continuous recruitment of foreign teachers with doctoral degrees reinforces the teaching and research capabilities of the foreign faculty team.
